Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no reason required. Write to [email protected] with the subject «Return order S-XXXX-XXXXX», listing the items you wish to send back.

Conditions

To be accepted, the product must be:

• intact, in its original packaging, with the seal unbroken
• unused (tested fragrances are not refundable)
• complete with the accessories and complimentary samples received

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping is on us: Saenta provides a prepaid DHL label, and the full merchandise value is refunded — including the original shipping fee.

Defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, write to us at once at [email protected] with photographs attached. Replacement and return shipping are entirely on the maison.
