The story
A summer evening in Alberobello. The trulli stones release the day's heat, the air carries broom, salt, and something older — a citrus and tropical-fruit juice settled over a base of vanilla, tonka, and amber. Not the imitation of a flower, the memory of a landscape.
Raw materials
Broom resists olfactive capture: no distillate truly contains it. The maison rebuilds it through an accord of Mediterranean yellow flowers — mimosa, orange blossom, heliotrope, magnolia — over a warm base of vanilla, tonka bean, ambergris, white musk and sandalwood.
Inspiration
The Mediterranean landscape of inland Apulia. The broom that bursts yellow under the August sun. The evening that falls on the white houses, on the dry-stone walls, on the air that stays warm long after sunset.
